Synopsis

Lobo persues murderous Latino performer Porque "Bronc" Chauvez to collect a debt he owes to bail officer Ramona for back taxes only to get shipwrecked along the way to a paradisical, non-violent planet of "panty waists". The IRSC, however, wish to see Ramona "in the red" of her debts as to send the intangible auditor Agent Mortis to intervene Lobo's efforts and sponge Lobo of a few credits for never paying his taxes by trapping him through Chauvez. Lobo is also persued for unpaid vehicle violations.
